Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Adara Marketing LLC (“Adara Marketing,” “we,” “us”). They cover https://adaramarketing.com and mobility.adaramarketing.com, the website check and the demos on them, the calls, texts and emails we send about a request, our newsletter, and the dashboard our clients sign in to. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Adara Marketing LLC is a marketing company based in De Pere, Wisconsin. We run the Adara Sales Desk, an AI assistant that answers a business’s calls and leads and books appointments, and we build websites, run ads and build custom software, for businesses that run on calls and leads.

This site describes our services and lets you request a call. Nothing on it is an offer or a quote. Work we do for you is governed by the proposal you accept and any written agreement that comes with it. Where a proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins.

When you request a call you confirm that the details you give are accurate, that the phone number is yours or you are allowed to use it, and that you are authorized to speak for the business named.

By giving us your number you agree that we may call and text it about your request, including calls from our AI assistant, which are recorded. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, and START to begin again. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

The website check reads the public pages of a site and gives an automated opinion of it. It is guidance, not a promise of any result, and it can be wrong. Please check only sites you own or work on, and do not use it in a way that burdens anyone else’s site.

The demos let you talk to our AI assistant, to Ava, our AI sales rep, and to the Sales Desk demo for a made-up dealer. All of them are AI and can make mistakes. Nothing any of them says is a quote, a promise, or legal, tax or other professional advice, and none of them can agree to anything on our behalf. Please do not share anything sensitive with them. We may limit or end a demo conversation at any time.

When you accept a proposal on its page, you agree to the work and the terms it sets out. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and invoices are due as they state.

Keep your sign in link and details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used them.

If you send us your own customers’ details, through the dashboard, the lead connection or any other way, you are responsible for having the right to share them and for any consent needed for our assistant to call or text them on your behalf. We handle those details for you and under your instructions. If a claim arises because that right or consent was missing, it is yours to answer for, not ours.

The newsletter is free, and you can unsubscribe with the link in any issue.

Please do not try to break into the site or its dashboards, overload it, send it automated requests, use the demo or the website check to run up their cost or to make the assistants say something harmful, or submit someone else’s details without their permission.

The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to Adara Marketing. Please do not copy or republish them without permission.

The site and its tools are provided as is. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not promise any particular result from our services or tools.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service the claim is about.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. Any dispute goes to the circuit court for Brown County, Wisconsin, or the federal court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, unless the law where you live gives you a different choice.

If a court finds any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we have not given it up.

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
